I can’t say enough good about this place. I wanted to upgrade my Jeep and they had a Gladiator I wanted. we worked with Manny and he made it so easy and seamless. This was seriously one of the smoothest transactions for a vehicle I’ve done. The finance guy (so sorry I forgot his name) was very sweet and fast. He had us done before our 2 year old got bored. Manny was also great with our toddler and had crayons and a coloring books. Love my new vehicle and love the guys here. I drove over 1,000 miles for the HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and NO GIMMICKS!!!!! I’ve owned a lot of cars….done a lot of deals in dealerships and normally the back and forth can get exhausting. I want to start by saying I had the most polite sales man named Cleon. I highly recommend him if you need a vehicle he will work over time to make sure you like your vehicle and that you get the best experience and leave happy with your choice. They treat you with the upmost respect and make you feel very welcomed. They offered me something to drink while I waited made sure if I needed anything he would take care of it. 5 stars for sure and I can truly say it was service with a smile.

JARRETT SCOTT FORD – GREAT EXPERIENCE I had the privilege of shopping at the Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City, Florida this week. They had the certified used Honda Passport EXL in the sought after Obsidian Blue Pearl color I had been searching for. I made a 3 hour drive to check it out. (That’s how important it was to me to find this specific SUV). I had visited many dealerships locally and I test drove about every compact SUV and a few midsize as well before choosing the Passport. I made a search on several car websites, including Autotrader, which led to the match at Jarrett Scott Ford. The price was quite reasonable, and the mileage was within my desired range -- under 30,000. I wanted one owner and no accidents. I was trading in a Honda Odyssey with 110,000 miles. The trade-in value came out quite reasonable. A reply came almost immediately. Excellent service by the internet sales manager, Cameron C. We spoke over the phone and via text. He was professional, courteous and an Army Veteran (God Bless our Service members now, and those who served in the past). He answered all my questions. We were able to get most of the “work” completed before I began my drive to see and drive it. Cameron connected me with sales rep, certified product specialist, HUNTER H, who answered my questions by text, and we also chatted by phone. Hunter was timely, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Without my asking, he sent a video of the Passport outside, inside -- all while narrating the features, which were many. The customer service for car-buying here is unmatched from my other experiences. I met several people during my visit, and the common theme was everyone seemed to enjoy where they work. Employees seemed to genuinely care about listening and helping to create a positive experience. I saw the owner Jim Scott, the Owner of 18 years. Shaun B, the sales manager of many years who was energetic, helpful and so positive. I always dread the “finance room” part of car sales. Not here. Mike H was thorough and straight-forward in showing me the options for warranties, etc., if interested, and zero pressure. We will be looking at those options carefully. No decision was needed on-the-spot. Quickest experience I’ve had. Mike, too, showed his dedication to excellence in customer experience. He was kind --and had a joy that was evident. He has many years of employment at JSF. Employees that stay for years is a telling sign that the work atmosphere is good. Work is work, but this place seems unique. Great people, great experience. Really good customer service is hard to find these days, but not at Jarrett Ford Dade City when Lexie is my service advisor and Carrie is my valet driver, as they were today. Scheduled an oil change, arrived, waited a bit while they did the work, paid and left. It’s just an oil change. Not sure how to review that. The waiting area was comfortable so I guess that’s a plus.

Sent a technician to the house to perform recall. Technician (Slevin) let us know that they will come to your home and provide other services as well! Oil change, tire rotation, brakes.

Service for my disabled car was excellent I was advised of progress on repair and immediately when it was finished.

Service is performed at the Lincoln dealership next door while fire damage under repair at Ford. All work done as promised, no complaints there. Only surprise was I was told I required a new battery. The dealership had replaced that very battery less than six months before for over $300. They agreed it was covered under the replacement guarantee, no problem. The issue is why? To me it;s the voltage regulator program not allowing full recharge. I am investigating.

The Bill Jarrett mobile service is great. Especially for persons with disabilities that have mobility issues. The mobile techs are polite and do quality work.

The car I purchased ended up having some minor issues and even though it was an as is purchase they handled it. Thanks Kyle and Brian for communicating promptly with me and making sure every was good to go and issues were fixed. This is the service and care I would expect from every dealership.

The following day we had noticed another strange noise that we could not identify to which I spoke to Bailey explaining that we had just been in yesterday and something sounded wrong, so he assigned Jeffrey to check it out. We were frustrated by the wait because our AC was not operating properly. Warm air will NOT cut it in FL. So we took our 2017 Ford Explorer elsewhere because we could get in sooner. DUMB! We have always been loyal customers of Jarrett Ford, but this time we admit it, we strayed, In any event, we ended up BACK with Ford after this other car repair shop quoted us a RIDICULOUSLY high price for the repair. Ford's quote was $2,000 less! And what an AMAZING JOB they did. We are the original owners of this SUV and it only has 50K miles on it......nonetheless things happen. OUR AC, AFTER JARRETT'S REPAIR, IS BETTER THAN NEW! TY and we will never ever stray again! A++++++++++++

When we decided to order a new 2022 Escape Hybrid we decided to go to Jarrett Ford in Dade City. We met with Randy Neiswender, he was vary helpful and knowledgeable concerning the Escape Hybrid. After we had ordered the car and it had come into the dealership, Randy handled every respect of letting us know everything about the new vehicle, showing us how things worked, setting up our phones to the Ford App, a first for us, every other dealership never spent the kind of time telling us important things that we should know about our new car, and not only telling us, he would actually show us how it works. He also showed us where the service department was and introduced us to the service man. And told us to call him anytime if we had any questions, or concerns, even on his personal number. Everyone did a marvelous job, thanks to Krista also, she did a great job, a stress free experience. We gave 5 stars, wish it could have been 10 because it was.

Overall, my experience here was very good. There were a couple of things I didn't like, but other than that, it wasn't bad.

Sadly the Quick Lube lane is turning into an appointment only lane and this is in the off season. I recently made an appointment to have the air conditioning fixed in my truck. The service advisor would call telling me this was the problem. So I authorized the repair. Then I would get another call. Oh one more part. So I authorized it. Then another call. Oh one more part. By this point I had my doubts the mechanic knew what he was talking about. But, I authorized it too. Then the week of July 4th I was told the wrong part came in and being a holiday I couldn't expect the correct part until the following week. The whole process took three weeks and $2500. I definitely was not impressed. Finally when it came time to pick it up my friend who was giving me a ride looked up the service hours online. The website said they were closed weekends. So I had to wait a few days to pick it up. When we got there I asked the service advisor and was told oh yes! We are open till noon on Saturday. You really need to update your hours on your website.
