They picked up my bronco serviced it and dropped off they repaired one recall and what I needed repaired they were great I’m not happy with all the recalls that haven’t been done I believe there 6 more that are needed to be repaired I not sure who is at fault Ford or the service department

Service was great. A little disappointed with Ford. No jack or spare tire on a work van. Floor of cargo area not fully attached to frame. No adaptive cruise control… and so on. For the price of the vehicles today, you would spect does things at a minimum.

Sadly the Quick Lube lane is turning into an appointment only lane and this is in the off season. I recently made an appointment to have the air conditioning fixed in my truck. The service advisor would call telling me this was the problem. So I authorized the repair. Then I would get another call. Oh one more part. So I authorized it. Then another call. Oh one more part. By this point I had my doubts the mechanic knew what he was talking about. But, I authorized it too. Then the week of July 4th I was told the wrong part came in and being a holiday I couldn't expect the correct part until the following week. The whole process took three weeks and $2500. I definitely was not impressed. Finally when it came time to pick it up my friend who was giving me a ride looked up the service hours online. The website said they were closed weekends. So I had to wait a few days to pick it up. When we got there I asked the service advisor and was told oh yes! We are open till noon on Saturday. You really need to update your hours on your website.

Service is performed at the Lincoln dealership next door while fire damage under repair at Ford. All work done as promised, no complaints there. Only surprise was I was told I required a new battery. The dealership had replaced that very battery less than six months before for over $300. They agreed it was covered under the replacement guarantee, no problem. The issue is why? To me it;s the voltage regulator program not allowing full recharge. I am investigating.

JARRETT SCOTT FORD – GREAT EXPERIENCE I had the privilege of shopping at the Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City, Florida this week. They had the certified used Honda Passport EXL in the sought after Obsidian Blue Pearl color I had been searching for. I made a 3 hour drive to check it out. (That’s how important it was to me to find this specific SUV). I had visited many dealerships locally and I test drove about every compact SUV and a few midsize as well before choosing the Passport. I made a search on several car websites, including Autotrader, which led to the match at Jarrett Scott Ford. The price was quite reasonable, and the mileage was within my desired range -- under 30,000. I wanted one owner and no accidents. I was trading in a Honda Odyssey with 110,000 miles. The trade-in value came out quite reasonable. A reply came almost immediately. Excellent service by the internet sales manager, Cameron C. We spoke over the phone and via text. He was professional, courteous and an Army Veteran (God Bless our Service members now, and those who served in the past). He answered all my questions. We were able to get most of the “work” completed before I began my drive to see and drive it. Cameron connected me with sales rep, certified product specialist, HUNTER H, who answered my questions by text, and we also chatted by phone. Hunter was timely, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Without my asking, he sent a video of the Passport outside, inside -- all while narrating the features, which were many. The customer service for car-buying here is unmatched from my other experiences. I met several people during my visit, and the common theme was everyone seemed to enjoy where they work. Employees seemed to genuinely care about listening and helping to create a positive experience. I saw the owner Jim Scott, the Owner of 18 years. Shaun B, the sales manager of many years who was energetic, helpful and so positive. I always dread the “finance room” part of car sales. Not here. Mike H was thorough and straight-forward in showing me the options for warranties, etc., if interested, and zero pressure. We will be looking at those options carefully. No decision was needed on-the-spot. Quickest experience I’ve had. Mike, too, showed his dedication to excellence in customer experience. He was kind --and had a joy that was evident. He has many years of employment at JSF. Employees that stay for years is a telling sign that the work atmosphere is good. Work is work, but this place seems unique. Great people, great experience. I waited well past 1 1/2 hours before my vehicle was taken back for an oil change. The quick lane should definitely be faster than this.

Easy to book an appointment and they sent email to confirm. They have transportation within a 15 mile ratio. I got home took a shower and the car was ready and they the driver was at my door. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. I am new to the neighborhood and the driver told me all the best places to go and local events. Very impressed.

Truthfully had a great experience with our salesperson Ryan and the rest of the team that helped us with the purchase of my 2024 Maverick. I haven’t had a great experience with most dealerships, but we went in Saturday July 27th and Ryan and the team were so kind and welcoming. Even joked with my husband about video games and computers. The great service didn’t end once the sale closed, it continued with a great service department. The service team is great to work with, has great communication, and ever has a shuttle and car pick up service for convenient appointments. Caitlin in service was able to get my vehicle in for a warranty issue and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The service department was able to correct the issue I was having with the broncos transmission and so far seems to be good now. I traveled to use this dealership because non of my local ford dealerships were able to schedule a loaner vehicle for me. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any service needs and I recommend them.

Great experience with Jarrett Ford in Dade City! Bought a used Mustang from another non-Ford dealer that had a few minor issues. Ron and the rest of the service team took us right in and got the repairs done, and even did a once over to identify any unseen issues (thankfully there were none.) I drove over 1,000 miles for the HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and NO GIMMICKS!!!!! I’ve owned a lot of cars….done a lot of deals in dealerships and normally the back and forth can get exhausting. Jarret Scott is second to none! We applied online for financing, approved quickly, came in to test drive car, signed papers and drive home! I have never been so impressed with a dealer. I assumed they would pressure me or jack the numbers up but nope! They are the real deal!!!!!! Next time I need a car I’m coming back(1000 miles!) to Jarret Scott!
