Both Mary in sales and John in service my experience was so helpful and professional. Although my 2003 Ford Thunderbird after many attempts was unable to be repaired i traded it in for a Mustang convertible with professional help from Mary who went out of her way to help me. I will continue to use Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven for all services needed in the future . Thank you for making this transition easy. A special thanks to Mary and John.

Oil change was done correctly, the only thing is it took at least two hours plus…for a simple oil change…is There a Quick Change option? For the next time it would be great!! Not much communication with the customer service person, not sure if we got our points or not…I didn’t remind them and they didn’t ask…
