Hands down the best auto service I’ve ever experienced. They handled multiple issues with my car seamlessly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. 10/10!

We have been searching for a vehicle for a while locally in Texas and decided to take our search nationwide when we could not find what we were looking for. We came across Jarrett Ford and not only did they have the vehicle we were looking for, but the buying process was smooth as well. Our salesman, Arthur, did a walk around within minutes of us getting off the phone, sending us very detailed videos. Arthur even helped us secure shipping to our home state. Very happy with the service provided and should we need another Ford, a call to Arthur at Jarrett Ford will be the first and only call we will make.

Arthur did an amazing job helping us get the car we wanted without making us feel pressured or playing games with the final cost. We also ended up staying after close filling out paper work and he never once made us feel unwanted or like we were a problem. 10/10 will be going here for every car in the future!

Mo Johnson had everything ready when I arrived truck and service were as talked about. Elmer stayed late for me to pick up the truck which I truly appreciate. Would definitely recommend Elmer to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle

From securing the vehicle and agreeing on pricing to completing the DocuSign paperwork and arranging pickup, the entire process was completed in less than 48 hours. Art was professional, responsive, straightforward, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Even sending video of the cars fame, engine and undercarriage. Everything was handled exactly as promised, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the sales professional Mike to Finance Manager Judi, it was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! They were courteous, engaging and so very helpful! Judi in particular went above and beyond to get us into a payment structure that met our budget and offered the best value! I cannot recommend Jarret Ford highly enough! Oh, and we love our new (to us) ‘21 Lariat!

Angel and Judy were amazing! I bought a Shelby gt500. They were quick, easy, and kind. When I tell you this is the EASIEST car I have ever bought, I mean it. And I’m only 24. I probably will come back to this dealership for other vehicles to be honest! Wow, all around amazing on everyone’s parts! Judy is funny and so effective. Angel is very efficient and straight to the point. (In a good way)

Arthur was great! I called prior, had a few cars I looked at online and he had them ready to view just outside the door, test drove 2, drove away with one I wanted. Judy in finance very friendly and knowledgeable! Have purchased over 10 vehicles at this dealership for personal and business since 1999 and will keep coming back!

I was so excited to find the car that I’ve been looking for went there first thing Monday morning at 8 AM after I viewed the vehicle over the weekend only to be told that no it wasn’t available because it didn’t pass inspection and they were sending it to auction, even though it had been on their website for four days completely disappointed. Was told that it didn’t pass inspection then why would you have it on your website? I drove to look at it specifically would not recommend them to anyone.

Bill Jarrett Ford saved me almost $200 on a set of four tires by not having to perform alignment services. It was a joy to find a dealership with good old fashion integrity.

The service and techs are AMAZING but never go there for work , especially the quick lane. The tech are constantly harassed by the quick lane management and they do not allow new tech to learn and grow even when it was promised to them. Then they continue to bad mouth the techs that get fed up with it all and leave. In my opinion that completely unprofessional and brings down the integrity and reputation this place has.

They're trying to scam my elders parents out of thousands of dollars. They said the engine needed to be replaced. But the vehicle started right up and is driving great. Update- read Laura Brooks update as they are actually scamming people. Targeting the elderly.
