I was able to get an appointment to service my vehicle the next day. Dropping it off I dealt with Alexie who was super nice and professional. Didn’t wait at the dealership but the service completed fairly quickly. The whole process was easy.

Good friendly service. Always answer any concerns I have. I have been a customer for many years, this time with a brake situation they went above and beyond making sure my car got fixed for me, I got home and they brought my car back to me when it was done. Great experience with Jarrett Ford in Dade City! Bought a used Mustang from another non-Ford dealer that had a few minor issues. Ron and the rest of the service team took us right in and got the repairs done, and even did a once over to identify any unseen issues (thankfully there were none.) Would highly recommend coming here for any of your service needs!
